Air conditioning, a minibar and a desk are in the rooms, along with an iron and ironing facilities.

Each unit is a private apartment within the building, and the building is non-smoking throughout, with a carbon monoxide detector. Entertainment comes from a TV with streaming services in every room. Parking is free and private on site, though a reservation is needed. The property has no internet access, so guests who need a connection should plan for mobile data.

The property is on Đặng Thị Nhu street in District 1, the centre of Ho Chi Minh City, where the main sights of the old core are within walking distance. Ben Thanh Market is 350 m away, the Ho Chi Minh City Fine Arts Museum 200 m and September 23 Park 350 m, so you can reach all three on foot in a few minutes. Restaurants and cafés are close by as well: Vitis Restaurant, Milano Coffee and Elysium Cafe are each around 50 m away, and Chùa Trường Thạnh, a pagoda, is 100 m.

Ben Thanh Station, 150 m away, is the start of Metro Line 1, and the Bến xe Sài Gòn bus station is 900 m away. The Saigon Railway Station is 2.6 km away and Tan Son Nhat International Airport is 5.7 km, so for the airport a taxi or a ride-hailing car is the simplest option. If you drive, the free private parking on site needs a reservation, which you can add when you book.

For sights further afield, the Ho Chi Minh City Museum and Tao Dan Park are 750 m away, Nha Rong Wharf 1 km and the War Remnants Museum 1.2 km, with the Vietnam History Museum 2.2 km. Nha Rong Wharf is the dock from which Ho Chi Minh left Vietnam in 1911, and Ben Thanh Market is the place to find food, crafts and souvenirs. The Crescent Lake, 5.3 km away, is a longer outing for a free afternoon.
